It’s just a word and doesn’t mean anything else in Swedish. It’s also the verb “to finish/stop/quit” etc. I suppose if you were to cull any word that has an inappropriate meaning in some foreign language or other there mightn’t be much left!

Yeah - that brand is pretty much diluted ... I remember renting a 2000 Grand Cherokee and enjoying it ... today? I don’t like to think about it.

I won’t go that far, but I’ll say this: for me, a Grand Cherokee with a turbodiesel 6 or the gasoline 6 like the one I rented had would be fine. Let me crank up the windows and manually adjust the seats. Sure, put ABS in and as many airbags as you can stuff into it, but if I want a backup camera or leather, I’ll order it. But ordering a car with precisely what you want is almost no longer possible.
